I ordered from your website and never received a confirmation number, but the money was definitely taken out of my bank account!

    • Marina Hoppe says:

      Hi Breanna,

I resent you the order confirmation email as well as tracking information email, would you please check if they went to spam box? Your order was shipped by UPS, it will be delivered tomorrow.

Hi Marina, you have mentioned phishing scam sites cloned your webpages, and they show in the paid google ads. No offense but why don’t you take legal action against Google to disable them from using google ad words.

    • Marina Hoppe says:

      Hi Rachel,

Good question. Because generic terms/words can not be registered as a trademark, both “rose toy” and ” xxx official” are considered generic words. They can not be registered as trademarks, so they are not protected by law. Everyone can use these words to do ads on google.

I received the item, defective! worked one time and was not as exciting as I was told. Emailed them sent a video of it not working and then no response. This has been going on for 2 months pretty sure I will never get my money back. Now debating do I want to spend another $60.00 on the real site.

    • Marina Hoppe says:

      Hi Venus,
Thanks for commenting, but please let me clarify your order was not placed on our website. Rose toy official site is rosetoyofficial.com, there is no hyphen in domain. Hope good luck for you to get the money back. Relax to buy from us, our delivery time is 2-5 days, and we offer 2-year quality waranty!

I just came across this today. I did not know that there was a scam site. I purchased some items on that site. I emailed them after see this requesting the to cancel my order. If don’t get my refund back what are my options?

  5. Juicy says:

My friend accidentally sent me the scam website thinking it was the real one. I thought the scam site looked funny so I did some digging and found this article. I’m soooo glad I did my research before giving those scammers my private info but I placed my order on the correct site and my package is in route ?

  6. Jimmy says:

Looks like they got me as well. I noticed a foreign transaction fee was charged to my card after the initial purchase and found that to be strange. I googled about it and sure enough, the real website has no record of my purchase.

  7. LCG says:

I got scammed too. I ordered on 15th and haven’t received anything. I don’t understand the nonsensical tracking information. I reported to PayPal.

    • Debbie says:

Hi. LCG Were you successful getting your money back from your bank? I too was recently scammed. You are correct in the nonsensical tracking.
